I saw HBP in theaters three times (pre-premiere on my own, with my parents and with friends) and it seriously revived my HP love (which was dormant btw, never entirely gone (GONE!)).

Rec: 20 Random Facts about Scorpius Malfoy by sansa1970 (HP NextGen; Albus/Scorpius) - After I watched HBP the third time I just went and re-read the last book and there seem to be only 3.5 people around fandom who like the epilogue and I am one of them. *shrugs* Happy, OTT sappy endings FTW!
Anyway, after finishing I totes wanted to read some Albus/Scorpius (I had already read one fun story after reading the book the first time and liked the whole idea) and I was happy to discover a few nice stories (their ship name is actually ASS - Albus Severus/Scorpius - how very awesome is that? :D).
Those 20 Random Facts are of course not really a story but I totally love them nonetheless. Especially the Hogwarts facts :) . And guess what?! Someone actually went ahead and turned the facts into a whole fabulous (and long) story - Sins of the Fathers by blamebrampton.
So you get two recs for the price of one today :D .

Song: Something else my love was revived for are the Backstreet Boys. Not that I ever not love them but I just saw them in concert and they have a new album and all that jazz :) . So have my favorites (so far) from This Is Us:

I think the fact that I've only ever been a fanfic fan when it comes to Harry Potter is what makes me completely uninterested in any "second generation" stories. (I don't even read AUs where they're all something other than wizards. I want Wizarding World stories, that's why I read Harry Potter fic.)

Confession: I still haven't seen HBP. I kept putting it off and then the movie was no longer in theaters. But I get to see it when the DVD is released next week.
