And since doing a straight-up TSN post would be so boring,
I'm making this all about my unabashed love for always-a-girl!Mark instead. ;D
I adore fics exploring how the movie would have played out if Mark's female.
It's a wonderful 'Fuck You!' to the way women are portrayed in this movie. And the way many women are treated in the tech industry.
So you have the meta and the social commentary.
But Mark's abrasiveness and brilliance and clothes and general asshole-behaviour also simply make for such a great female character. ♥
